Erdbeerkuchen mit Erdbeersauce

Originaltitel: Κέικ με σως φράουλας

  • für den Kuchen:
  • 1 ½ Tassen Mehl
  • ½ Tasse Butter
  • ½ Tasse Zucker
  • ½ Tasse Olivenöl
  • 2 Eier
  • 2 – 3 Tassen Erdbeeren
  • 1 ½ Teelöffel Backpulver
  • für die Erdbeersauce:
  • 1 Tasse gehackte Erdbeeren
  • 1 Tasse Wasser
  • 1 Tasse Zucker

Zubereitung Erdbeersauce:

Kochen Sie für den Sirup die gehackten Erdbeeren mit einem Glas Wasser und einem Glas Zucker ein. Lassen Sie die Mischung so lange köcheln, bis alle Zutaten miteinander verbunden sind.  

Zubereitung Kuchen:

In einer Schüssel Butter, Olivenöl, Zucker, Eier, Mehl und Backpulver verrühren. Gleichzeitig die Erdbeeren klein schneiden und leicht mit Mehl bestreuen. Nehmen Sie eine Backform und fügen den Teig in die vorgefettete Form. Beschichten Sie nun den Teig mit den Erdbeeren und backen Sie den Kuchen ca. 30 Minuten lang bei 180 Grad im Ofen. Den Kuchen herausnehmen, in Stücke schneiden und anschließend mit der Erdbeersauce garnieren.
